Specialty
Unlike the most secondary skill specialties, Navigation does not increase the secondary skill bonus effects. It depends on the base amount of the hero's movement at sea (1500) and provides extra 75 movement points on water per level (5% of 1500). So HotA ("5% per level bonus to movement points at sea") specialty description is not correct.
